I'm Patrice Stankavich, a Yoga Alliance certified teacher offering gentle vinyasa flow, Yoga Nidra, and Yin: practices grounded in breath, softening your body and being fully in the present.
My teaching is not about achieving a pose. It is about returning: to your breath, to your body, to the remarkable capacity you already carry within you. Whether you come to reset your nervous system, find a gentle softening, or simply move with more ease, you are welcome here exactly as you are.
I teach in person in studios and community centers around Kyiv, conduct retreats internationally, and will soon be teaching online.
