Every offering is rooted in the same intention: to help you find your way back to yourself, one breath at a time.
My group classes offer gentle vinyasa flow: movement linked with breath, thoughtfully sequenced to ease you into your body and out of your head. Classes are accessible to all levels and draw on somatic principles, breath awareness, and a deep respect for what each body can do on any given day.
You don't need to be flexible. You don't need experience. You only need to show up.
I currently teach as part of English Yoga Kyiv, a collaborative community of yoga and wellness teachers promoting inclusivity, healing, and shared practice. You can find and register for upcoming classes there.
One-on-one sessions designed entirely around you. Whether you are new to yoga, working through an injury, navigating a life transition, or simply wanting a more personalized practice, private sessions offer the space and attention that group classes cannot.
Together we'll explore what your body needs, at a pace that feels right. Sessions can weave in vinyasa flow, Yin, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, or somatic practices, depending on what serves you best.
There is something that happens when we step fully away: from routine, from noise, from the endless demands of daily life. Retreats offer that rare gift: extended time to go inward, to move slowly, and to remember who you are when you are not performing for the world.
I lead intimate retreats in beautiful locations around the world, combining gentle movement, Yin, Yoga Nidra, and spacious time for rest and reflection. Retreat announcements are shared with my community first; reach out to be added to the list.
Not all yoga is movement. Yoga Nidra (sometimes called "yogic sleep") is a guided meditation practice that brings the body into a state of deep rest while the mind remains gently aware. It is one of the most profound tools I know for nervous system reset and restoration.
Yin yoga works with longer-held, passive postures to soften deep connective tissue and cultivate a quiet, meditative quality of attention. The stillness of Yin is not immobility; it is a calm softness. Small adjustments are always welcome, and your body is always the guide. Both practices complement an active vinyasa practice beautifully, and stand powerfully on their own.
Soon you'll be able to practice with me from anywhere in the world. I'll be offering live virtual classes as well as a library of recorded sessions, so your practice can travel with you, fit your schedule, and meet you wherever you are.
If you'd like to be notified when online classes launch, send me a message and I'll make sure you're the first to know.
Pricing varies by offering and location. I believe yoga should be accessible; please reach out and we'll find something that works. Every conversation starts with a simple hello.
Not sure where to start? Just reach out. Every journey begins with a single breath, and a conversation.
